Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

In the grounds is a large salt water swimming pool & terrace.

Petit cottage à ossature bois de plein pied , cocooning, au calme, entre mer et lisière de forêt. Une grande terrasse en bois de 25m2 et un petit espace extérieur vous permettront de profiter en toute tranquillité des transats et chaises longues à disposition. La plage des Vergnes est située à 600m, l’accès est très facile à pieds, à 7km se trouve le village classé de Talmont ( accessible à vélo via une piste cyclable).
