This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.
