Linriebie is set in the stunning karri forests of the south west of Western Australia on the edge of the Boranup Forest. Our house is situated just a 2 minute drive from the beach at Hamelin Bay. It is located between the magnificent winery areas of Margaret River and stunningly quaint coastal town of Augusta where the beautiful Blackwood River meets the Southern Ocean. The beach is one of the most stunning in Australia. Walking, water activities, fine food it's all here. This place is perfect!

2xQ sized b/rms with 1 bathrm/ensuite, off Bedroom 1. (Shower, vanity, toilet). Tucked away in a quiet location with views of the river. You have your own driveway & private entrance. Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. Welcome to The Row. Nestled in the Forest Grove National Park, our 4 stone cottages are a calm and cosy place to unwind and explore the South West Region of Western Australia. The cottages were hand built from the coffee stone and jarrah on the property. They provide a chance to unwind, re-energise and immerse yourself in nature’s tranquillity. Explore the pristine coastlines, towering forests, and delicious wineries and eateries of the Margaret River region. Your slow stay awaits.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

Come and enjoy some South’n Comfort in beautiful Augusta. A light bright 2 storey home in a quiet culdersac. Plenty of space to park a car and boat. Within easy walking distance of town, the river and the ocean. Add in beautiful bushland and you won’t want to leave. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the serenity, try a spot of fishing, our bush golf course and take a tour of the local wineries. All at your fingertips in beautiful Augusta where two oceans meet.

Alpaca Farm Cabin 1 Rosa River Ranch

Come and stay at Rosa River Ranch! Meet the alpacas and enjoy an escape to nature. 12 minutes from the centre of Margaret River and minutes from several wineries, horseback riding and the Berry Farm. The property includes all the essential amenities to provide a relaxing and stress free stay. For larger groups Cabin 2 also accommodates 4 people. *Please follow directions included as maps are sending people the wrong way*

Bush block with ocean view

Peaceful block and perfect place to relax down south and enjoy the bush surroundings and view of the ocean. Located between Dunsborough and Yallingup. 5-10 min drive to either location. Nice surrounding bush walks or short drives to wineries and plenty of amazing tourist attractions. No pets are allowed in the house but you can bring a dog provided it stays outside of the house for the entire stay.

Cascade Cottage, a Couples Retreat

Cascade Cottage is our couples retreat built of stone and rammed earth sourced from the property. Our Studios are built of stone and rammed earth, have cozy queen beds with beautiful fresh linens and super warm donnas. This cottage has a fully self contained open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a beautiful claw footed bathtub.

Hamelin Bay Seaclusion

Our home is nestled amongst the Karri Trees & only 2.5km from beautiful Hamelin Bay. Perfect for families, simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings or venture out to local wineries and Boranup Beach. Just 20 minutes from Margaret River or 15 minutes into Augusta.
