Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

The house is on the ground floor of the residence and is located between Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea. It is autonomous, spacious, cool and comfortable. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large living room and kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and all the necessary equipment. You can also use the outdoor shower and barbecue. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach (800m) and 12 minutes from the city center (900m).

Our unique apartment is located on the second floor of a dreamy house in Epanomi. It is a 3' car ride from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy the view of Olympus mountain, the sea and the sunset! A super comfy bed, a cozy sofa bed for two, a beautifully designed space with a jacuzzi, a huge balcony, an amazing garden and barbecue, safe parking, are some of the amenities. Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!

At the cosy living room there is a smart TV set.
