Our charming holiday home on the Tyrolean high plateau in Leutasch offers the perfect blend of sport and relaxation. In a stunningly secluded location, surrounded by pristine nature, you'll enjoy direct access to hiking trails and bike tours, and in winter, you can step right out the door for cross-country skiing. Outside of the alpine grazing season, our Highland cattle graze within sight, while you enjoy the breathtaking Alpine panorama from the terrace. The ideal retreat for nature lovers.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinste unserer Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.
