My spacious private ground-floor apartment is located close to campuses and restaurants. Modern well-equipped kitchen. Private entrance & parking. THE BASE PRICE IS FOR TWO GUESTS TO USE ONE BEDROOM. IF YOU REQUIRE TWO GUESTS TO USE TWO BEDROOMS (an additional $40), please REGISTER AS 3 GUESTS, even though there are only two of you. You may not bring in overnight guests that you did not include in your reservation. Long pickup trucks will have difficulty turning around in our driveway.

This bright and stylish apartment is on the second floor of a grand 1885 home on East Beverley St. You will be half a block from the restaurants and shops of our bustling downtown, including Blackfriar’s Playhouse, the Woodrow Wilson Museum, The Shack restaurant, and Mary Baldwin University. We’re an easy walk from Staunton’s historic Amtrak station.

As this loft is above a few other lofts, we ask that guests do not have extra people over, as it bothers the tenants and guests underneath this loft, and that they remove shoes in the loft Accessible only by one set of stairs.
