COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

They have shower and sink in the room but a shared toilet in the hallway. Some have a small balcony overlooking Girona street and others a small terrace over a large interior courtyard. All are very bright. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price.

Habitación muy luminosa y tranquila. Es pequeña, pero puede utilizar zonas comunes como el salón, la cocina y el baño . Se trata de un cuarto piso sin ascensor en la zona centro de Gavà, cerca de la Biblioteca, del Polideportivo municipal, y de la zona comercial. A 5 km de la UPC Castelldefels. Y a 5 km de la playa. La parada de bus está a 5 minutos. La estación de tren a 15 minutos.
