Direkte Parklage, etwa 180 m zum Ufer. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in/out per Schlüsselbox.

Das 50-qm-Studio ist gut ausgestattet und teilt sich in Flur, Bad und einen sehr geräumigen Wohn-, Schlaf- und Küchenbereich auf. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof. Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und zum Entspannen einladende Terrasse. Um Berlin zu entdecken, sind Sie in wenigen Fußminuten in einem der bekanntesten Berliner Ausgehviertel (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) und schnell mit U- und S-Bahn bei allen anderen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die kleine 40qm-Wohnung im 1. OG befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Vierseithof im alten Dorfkern. Der Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill und das große Gartengrundstück mit u.a. Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
