La struttura, completamente ristrutturata e arredata con cura, è composta da due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno-cucina con divano letto e una veranda vista mare. È dotata di parcheggio privato. Sky and Sand Apartment is an ideal home for those who love sea and nature. Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

Casa formica si trova a 20 metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel centro storico di Noto,ristrutturata da poco tempo puo' ospitare un massimo di 4 persone,vi sono due camere da letto ed un divano letto ,un bagno in comune, box doccia e lavabiancheria,angolo cottura con fornelli a gas e forno ,gli animali domestici sono ben accetti.
