Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e offre la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. La cucina esterna, la zona barbecue, la piscina, doccia e bagno esterno sono di uso comune.

La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.
