Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Questa villa con giardino segreto nella celebre Monterosso al Mare è stata costruita per essere goduta con famiglie e amici. Nascosta nella zona di tranquilla di Fegina, villa "La Rana" e' un rifugio dal trambusto delle Cinque Terre, ma con accesso immediato a tutto ciò che questo patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO ha da offrire. The house is located in Fossola, in the 5 Terre National Park, 5 km away from the village of Riomaggiore and about 8 km from the center of La Spezia. Immersed in the tranquility, in nature and away from the chaos, from the large terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the hamlet of Monesteroli. Perfect for those who love hiking, is located along the path 535 (ex 4b), from which you can reach the town of Monesteroli, Schiara, Campiglia, Portovenere and the 5 Terre.

Solea Apartment

The apartment, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. The kitchen is habitable and equipped for any necessity. Private parking available by request.

L’Ecolieu se trouve dans la vallée de la Gordolasque un des plus beaux accès au Parc du Mercantour. L’accès au site est pédestre, une marche d'approche de 10 min est à prévoir. De part tous les aménagements écologiques votre empreinte carbone durant votre séjour sera basse.

Casa immersa nel verde, in Comune di Borzonasca, all'interno del Parco Aveto. Dista circa 20 km da Chiavari e dal mare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, della privacy e del relax. IMPORTANTE: durante la stagione invernale la casa è riscaldata con caldaia a pellet ubicata nel locale lavanderia che viene gestita da noi. In una delle due stanze si trova un caminetto a pellet e per il suo utilizzo viene richiesto pagamento a parte (consumo del pellet)
