Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Near South Bungalow. Refurbished with new furniture, a custom bar, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, and a chef's kitchen. Two bedrooms, one bath, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. A screened-in front porch to relax looking onto a yard full of native flowers and plants. Private fenced dog run west of the front door via a lit stone garden path and gate. The run is only accessible through this external gate. Street parking only. Driveway used by owners who live and work in back.

Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

With quick access to HWY 2 it is just a short drive to the downtown area. It is also situated near many of the local favorites, be sure to explore: Union College Campus, Shops & Boutiques in College View, and Holmes Lake. Pets are allowed during your stay and will love the huge backyard and quick trip over to the dog park near Holmes Lake!

The house has a long private driveway as well as free off-street parking availability. I can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay.
