Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Near South Bungalow. Refurbished with new furniture, a custom bar, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, and a chef's kitchen. Two bedrooms, one bath, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. A screened-in front porch to relax looking onto a yard full of native flowers and plants. Private fenced dog run west of the front door via a lit stone garden path and gate. The run is only accessible through this external gate. Street parking only. Driveway used by owners who live and work in back.

Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. Protect your vehicle in the off-street covered parking stall which is only a short walk to the entrance (7 stairs up and 13 down). Close to Union College/Shops.

A private home located in the quiet and calm neighborhood of Bryan Fairview. Conveniently located 10 minutes away from downtown Lincoln, Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium. This comfy home has been recently remodeled and modernly decorated. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and high speed fiber internet for any streaming needs for a relaxing stay. Full bathroom with shower and tub, as well as washer and dryer. Perfect for couples or a lovely family.

Behind the complex is a Disc Golf Course and we'll have some disc's available for you to use while visiting.

The Little House is very charming, along with a central location within minutes of most anything. The kitchen is adequately stocked (for an Airbnb). The house has a long private driveway as well as free off-street parking availability. I can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay.

Enjoy your stay in this completely renovated three bedroom, one bathroom home. This cozy cottage is located in the heart of south/central Lincoln with easy accessibility to many main attractions. It is a quick 8 minute drive to downtown- Pinnacle Bank Arena, Southpoint Pavillions, and all the attractions on O Street including Gateway Mall.
