Step back in time and enjoy staying on a working cattle farm in one of the oldest brick houses in Marshall County Tennessee. We have remodeled this house and it has all your needs. Enjoy the views of the hilltops and cattle roaming all around while sitting next to the firepit. My grandfather bought this farm in 1963 and it was a dairy until 2021. Since then we have been transitioning to a beef farm. We also raise longhorns that you will be able to watch graze in the pasture beside the house.

The stress of the world is left behind as you smell the privet & clover while sitting on your private deck watching the sunset into the foothills. The horses, mini donkeys, & goats will greet you if you choose to take a stroll around the farm where you will likely see deer, owls, & turkey among other wildlife. The Stone Cottage is an older home; it has been partially updated. The location is approximately a four minute walk from the downtown square in Fayetteville TN. It is approximately a seven minute walk from the city park/Elk River small boat access. The walking trail between the square and the park passes in front of the house, which is located in a quaint, low traffic, residential area of the town. Fayetteville is a short drive to Lynchburg TN, home of the Jack Daniels Distillery.
