Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located a short walk to the boat ramp in Winfeild Hills. There is plenty of room to bring and park your boat !! You will fall in Love with this adorable Cottage. With 2 Main suites on the lower level and One Large Loft upstairs there are plenty of places to sleep. One bathroom serves this home, however two shower heads are in the shower. This home is not Lakefront but is only a walk to the boat ramp.

The villa is technically a duplex with only the garage sharing a wall with the neighboring property. It offers a living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. The large backyard is great for relaxing and taking in the sounds of nature.
