If you don’t feel comfortable to do so, please look for somewhere else. This is my 2021 Sprkingdale 24' travel trailer. It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. It is just outside of Linden town center where you can get basics and is great proximity to adventures in Yosemite or Big Trees. A great place to stop over on your way to an adventure in the Sierra's. A historic farming community delicious to visit during cherry season! Or coming through for work, a nice private place with kitchen.
