Relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside, or talk to the farm animals and wander around our property spotting birds, wallabies and maybe an echidna! Welcome to this freshly painted and comfortable country cottage on our 150 acre farm only 20 minutes from Toowoomba & 10 minutes from Oakey. Main bedroom has a small deck to sit & enjoy view. The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. Horses welcome with 2 stables available. Only 26 minutes to Toowoomba Show Grounds. We can provide fresh eggs when available.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Gum-tree lodge, escape to the country!

Welcome to Gum-tree Lodge, situated on a quiet rural property 30 minutes west of Toowoomba where we have a few cattle, 3 dogs & 2 cats. Tenants have use of a fully self contained one bedroom unit with a queen bed & a sofa in the living area that can sleep 1 adult or 1-2 children. WiFi is available but there are no laundry facilities. A great place to stopover for weary travelers as we're just 7 mins from the Gore Hwy & the town of Southbrook. Ample parking. Complimentary tea & coffee.
