Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Welcome to The Bears Lair located in The Waterville Valley Estates! Your stay includes 2 passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center with hot tubs, saunas, pools, bars, and restaurants. Explore the local Campton Mountain for night skiing and sledding. Just 10 minutes to Waterville Ski Resort, 20 to Loon Mountain, 30 to Cannon Mountain, 25 to Squam Lake, and 35 to Lake Winnipesaukee. Brand New Luxury Retreat with Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Association Beach & Hiking Trails! Perfect location -- quiet, yet only minutes to all attractions the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private hot tub, finished lower level with family room, 85" TV, and air hockey table. Enjoy time together on the enormous 36' deck. There, you will find a hardwired propane grill and fire pit. There is also a Polywood dining set that seats six and four Polywood Adirondack chairs.

Relax in a quiet pine forest surrounded by beautiful private walking trails, with everything you need at your fingertips! We make off-grid living easy with luxury bedding, fresh bread and eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Camping on a Private Pond

Picturesque setting on a small pond and a brook for fishing. A bit off the beaten path, yet three miles to the closest store. (There is NO wi-fi or cell service on the pond but you may come up to the house if necessary). We have local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

Our Lazy Moose Log Cabin is the perfect rustic retreat! Summertime at the cabin includes access to two lakes, a pool, tennis courts, boats, fishing and more!! Featuring a private outdoor hot tub for soaking under the stars, fire pit and cozy gas fireplace for snuggling up on cold winter nights. The cabin is close to the best hiking in the East, lakes, amazing ski resorts, craft breweries, coffee shops, restaurants of every kind and sightseeing!

Rising Earth Cabin

Nestled in the forest of the White Mountains, this pristine, new tiny camp sits in the ideal location for mountain and nature lovers. Waterfalls, major trailheads (Appalachia), and a beautiful lake are an easy 20 minute walk along a flat, wooded trail. For peak baggers, this is a perfect spot to start or end a Presidential Traverse and climb such striking and iconic mountains as Madison, Adams, Jefferson, and Washington. Fully off-grid.
