Hill Cottage

Enjoy this beautiful, newly renovated 1900’s character house on the hill in Mount Vernon. Steps from downtown with shops, restaurants, and riverwalk, yet nestled in a quiet neighbourhood on the hill, blocks from the hospital. The house offers a full kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Views of the Skagit River and Olympic Mountains can be seen from both floors as well as stunning sunsets. Bedrooms upstairs include 1 king bed and 1 queen bed.

Little Mountain Escape

Located minutes off the highway, providing close access to Little Mountain trails, the famous Tulip and Daffodil Fields (open March-May), and downtown Mount Vernon, our space will welcome you for a convenient and cozy retreat. Our terrace level studio unit with a private entrance will have everything needed to feel right at home. We live upstairs and will gladly provide recommendations or anything you might need. The backyard offers fruit trees, flowers, and a fire pit - make yourself at home!

Hillcrest Studio - Tucked away on a quaint residential street that ends with a 30 acre park, this modern studio is bright and new and purposefully designed to pack in all the amenities for a peaceful stay for up to two travelers. Equipped with a private entrance, kitchenette, work table, & bathroom. Just a 20 minute walk from the historic main street of Mount Vernon, and a great launching spot for many NW adventures (flower fields, birding areas, San Juan islands, Cascade mtns). No pets.

Maplehurst Farm Guest House

The 2,000 sq ft Maplehurst Farm Guesthouse, located in the Skagit Valley, is offered for rent for the first time in June of 2016. Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a 6 person hot tub, & sleeps up to 12 guests. It's possible to rent just the top or bottom floors separately, (see our other 2 listings) or the entire house. The 1.25 acre property is perfect for yard games, outdoor dining, bird watching, and taking in sunsets over the Skagit River & Mount Baker.

Downtown Mount Vernon Hideaway. Riverclay Studio!

Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.
