This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a parking spot in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I-93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.

The main floor mud room, with full size laundry, is a perfect for securing Skis, Mountain bikes or even a pet crate while you explore town. (two car garage is not included in this rental).

This cozy apartment is perfectly situated a mile outside of Littleton's quaint Main Street with awesome restaurants, shops and galleries, and less than half a mile from the Littleton Food Coop. The Nook is a newly renovated one bedroom apartment. It is one of six apartments on two acres of grassy property with shared fire pit.
