This house was built in 1800’s and was purchased from the local Wadsworth family as the “Wadsworth lake house”. The house sits on the top of the Genesee Valley overlooking some of the most beautiful scenes in the county. From the windows you can view Letchworth state park and the mount Morris dam! The property is only 4 miles to the Letchworth state park entrance, 6 miles to the Serene Conesus lake.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Located in the heart of main st Geneseo. You will be able to walk to Geneseo, restaurant's, pubs, and shopping. Located above Geneseo favorite, Mama Mias Pizza and Sweet Arts Bakery. If you're in town for a concert at the Geneseo Rivera we are located less than a 2 min walk. Grab a cup of coffee and tour SUNY Geneseo if you're a future student or alumni, this location is fantastic. Less then 10 miles to letchworth state park and 5 to Conesus Lake.
