This truly unique thatched cottage enjoys a central yet peaceful location in the the beautiful village of Plockton. The cottage sleeps two in studio style accommodation, with shower room and a well equipped kitchen. It is close to the loch, perfect for kayaking, and just a short stroll to pubs, restaurants, shops or even seal trips, the location is perfect. It is truly unique and centuries old, but has modern comforts throughout and even its own off street parking, a rare find in Plockton!

Samphire Lodge with sauna - stunning loch views

A stunning three bedroom Highland lodge on The North Route 500, boasting spectacular views. Samphire lodge is situated on a hill giving it a vantage overlooking the sea Loch to the Attadale valley. Situated at the edge of the village, you are a short stroll from local amenities. Indoors you are greeted by the warm colour of the wood, and feels especially cosy when the cast iron fire is roaring. Samphire Lodge has three spacious bedrooms, a wet room, an outdoor sauna and fully equipped kitchen.

You will have your own parking & storage (inc. bikes) area. A perfect place to explore the west highlands, Skye or stop off on the north coast 500. Your Host is from the Highlands & loves sharing her knowledge with you. We are conveniently located opposite the famous Kishorn Seafood Bar Restaurant.

Foulis Castle, Evanton is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

This area is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Fantastic walks, wildlife, castles & brochs, seafood, bakery and a chocolatier! Shore-side house with a sandy beach just across a very quiet lane. Stunning view of Broadford Bay & Beinn na Caillich. Excellent base location for touring Skye & the surrounding area. After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. You will always get a warm welcome in this cosy timber forestry house. Bedroom areas are light and fresh with a separate dining/sitting room where you can relax with a book or a dvd. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and also an additional enclosed /sheltered area which can be used for relaxing and dining too. Achmore village is 7 miles from Eilean Donan Castle and Plockton, and 15 miles from the Isle of Skye.
