This quiet rural setting on the Lighthouse Route offers an expansive waterfront just steps from the deck with panoramic views from everywhere on the property. Just 10 minutes from the town of Shelburne ( historic loyalist settlement)/and close to many white sand beaches.The cottage is fronted by Pierce’s Beach, a usable rock sand beach, boasting at times some spectacular waves. Fronted by ever changing traffic on Shelburne Harbour. Even inclement weather presents for striking photo ops.

Perched high on an ocean hillside, built on 30 ft tall steel legs, the cozy quarters above are akin to an old ship’s cabin. With 360 views at 30ft up you can chart the sun and stars across the sky, set your rhythm to the ebb & flow of the tide and scout the surf from above. Greet the evenings with a cozy woodstove, sunset with drinks on the deck, moonrise with a dip in the hottub & mornings with fresh espresso. Come for a tranquil, secluded getaway in our handcrafted cabin near the end of a remote Nova Scotian peninsula that feels wonderfully your own. Enjoy morning lattes on the timber-frame porch, beachcomb and surf at the nearby beach, bike to the local wharf, unwind with a wood-fired sauna and cold plunges in the creek, write songs or poems on the piano or typewriter, get creative in the converted school bus studio, or simply sit by the wood stove with a good book or a tasty drink.

Welcome to Sperry Cove Lookout! Enjoy incredible views of West Green Harbour while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. You might spot porpoise and certainly seabirds along the shore . The 500 ft of direct waterfront gives you access to the protected cove, while being a short paddle from the open ocean. Two kayaks and one canoe are available for guest use. While not on the water, enjoy a soak in the wood fired hot tub or explore the nearby towns of Lockeport and Shelburne.
