In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie der Bahnhof. Auf ca. 70 m² erwartet eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zweiraumwohnung mit Balkon ihre Gäste. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Lage bietet auch einen idealen Startort für Wanderungen und Radtouren in das Inselhinterland und an das Achterwasser.

Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Küche offen und hat eine Sitzecke und einen großen Essbereich. Die Wohnung wird durch Fussbodenheizung beheizt. Die moderne Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Objekt. Die Endreinigungspauschale beträgt EUR 110,-. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gehören zur Ausstattung und sind kostenfrei.

Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
