Walking trails start right outside the door, and the nature reserve is just minutes away. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs past the house. Underfloor heating. Despite the business area and nearby storage site, the surroundings are quieter during the day than many other parts of town and especially peaceful on weekends.

Outside the house is pure nature and inside the house is modern decoration. PS: Owner lives in another town close by, the entire home will be handed to you while you check in. You can call the owner if some emergency help/support is needed.

Perfekt für Berufspendler ist die 5-10 Fahrminuten entfernte Schweizer Grenze. Das Zentrum von Lauchringen erreichen Sie in 2 Gehminuten. Dort befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, als auch Restaurants und Cafés. Nächste Bushaltestelle: 2 min zu Fuß
