Dixie Breeze is a darling 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house located just 2 easy walking blocks from the beautiful Mississippi gulf coast. It offers a wide wrap around front porch to take in the luxurious gulf (Dixie) breeze and a completely covered outdoor living space with eating area, swings and hammocks and even an outdoor shower. The house comes equipped with a fully appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and dryer, and a starter set of necessary items. The living room is equipped with a 52 inch flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and blue ray player. The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds (this "kids" bedroom also is equipped with a 52" flat screen TV and xbox gaming system), all with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The house comes equipped to meet all your beach fun needs, ie... beach towels, beach toys, cooler etc. It is located in the relaxed, layed back little town of Pass Christian, a short walk to the beach, marina, charter fishing excursions, and fresh seafood markets. It's 10 minutes from the night life of Bay Saint Louis and Gulf Port, and a short drive to all the gulf coast casinos. It's also just a short ferry ride to historic Ship Island. There are far too many area activities to list. It's a perfect location for your next family vacation!

Large Waterfront Home Sleeps 18 Pool Boat Ramp

Relax in this Large 6 Bedroom Home that sleeps 18 in Pass Christian. This home is perfect for multi family or friend getaways and is located on a quiet, dead end road. It is only 5 minutes from the beautiful Pass Christian Beaches. Bring your boat and launch at your own private boat ramp. Fish in the back yard, or enjoy the Pool we added in late 2024. We also have a pool table, Basketball Goal, Corn hole boards, Darts, a Firepit, Grill, beach supplies and bicycles for your vacation fun.

The Den (Pool Table & Outdoor Bar) *Walk to Beach*

The Den is a 15 minute walk to the beach! This home features an outdoor bar (alcohol not included) & a pool table that transforms to ping pong & air hockey! Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler are provided! The house features 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a couch to allow for the 5th guest to sleep. Minutes from top restaurants, shopping, cafes & casinos! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate cats due to allergies. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

The Mermaid Cottage

The Mermaid Cottage is a slice of yesteryear by the sea. Located just two blocks from to the Mississippi Sound, a short stroll to the Island View Casinos, Historic Downtown Gulfport and parks, you will find the location ideal! And with its tasteful antique and repurposed vintage furnishings, you will be surrounded by elegance and comfort. Original hardwood floors! Tiled kitchen and baths! And with the front porch sunsets second to none, you will love making a splash at the Mermaid Cottage!

"Mississippi Queen" is a newly built beach house located steps to the sands of Long Beach (roughly 200 yards)! The house is conveniently located near the wonderful Mississippi Aquarium, the thriving downtown night life of Gulfport and a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Long Beach. Just a half mile to Walmart, 10 minutes to Bay St. Louis & 15 minutes to Biloxi, the Vegas of the Gulf Coast. All that and you're just over an hour from New Orleans - parades, swamps, plantations. All the things!
