After sitting abandoned for decades, it was renovated in 2021 into a Dolly Parton-themed Western retreat with lots of rustic charm! Enjoy a cozy getaway, with live horses grazing in the backyard. Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Way down yonder in the land of pink rhinestones and feather wings, there was a wonderland of gold and pink magic called The Nashville Dollhouse.
