1920's guest cottage is located on the grounds of the former Armstrong Candy Factory. In the candy factory era it was the pool house. (the pool no longer exists). The cottage is old but cozy with 1 bedroom and bath and a futon in the living room for an extra bed space. 25 miles to downtown Knoxville Market Square, Neyland Stadium or Maryville. 5 miles to Lake Loudon park and boat launch. 10 miles from Tellico Village, Lenoir City or Farragut. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.
