Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

The dock is wide and very accommodating to get in and out of watercraft’s . Dock is shared w/owners boat. There is an island that you can paddle to that has a small sandy beach for swimming. ATV accessible to the trail system. Relax at fire pit while enjoying the sunset and loons. Dogs are welcomed.
