Sweet Retreat - 3/2 Cozy Getaway - Close to City

Relax with your friends, your whole family or even by yourself in our beautifuly updated, spacious yet cozy & peaceful piece of heaven. We are an accessible, family friendly, well-stocked hideaway in the country that has super quick access to all restaurants / shopping and other city amenities. If you need a date that is blocked or a short stay, please ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change. Tiny house is on site to rent for extra guests when available.

The Purple House

The Purple House has a unique and artsy feel that will give you a one of a kind stay. From its crazy design to bold colors, you will feel you are in your happy place. The house offers a 500 square foot master bedroom with a living area, kitchen space/mini refrigerator, fireplace, a loft, and a large bathroom/shower. There are 2 other bedrooms with full baths. The outdoor area includes a firepit and tables as well as a Barbecue grill. All surrounded by a huge deck and beautiful landscaping.

Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a full size bed; can easily sleep 3 people. Tiny House Oasis: Nature Escape

Escape to nature in our 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home near Nacogdoches. This pet-friendly retreat provides a peaceful blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, just 9 miles from downtown and 11 miles from the SFA campus. Nestled in seclusion, relish total privacy amid nature and wildlife. The road to Nacogdoches is mainly paved except for the first mile, where you travel down a gravel county road, winding through the heart of the piney woods. Sleeps 4 with the full size futon in the den.

Peach Door Cottage

Escape from the city! The Pink Door is a cozy guest house located in the Pineywoods of East Texas. The Guest Haus is the upstairs sister to our Carriage House. Along with great views, we have a country feel only 6 miles from town. We are located near Lufkin, Nacogdoches, and Lake Sam Rayburn. Enjoy the stocked pond, fire pit, grill, and gazebo. Meet our ducks Dilly and Dally as enjoy feeding the turtles and fish. Relax and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Morewood

This cabin is just steps from the water on beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA. It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!
