So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . Welcome to our home, nestling on an acre of land in a quiet location, 5 mins drive from the centre of Wanaka township and an even shorter distance to the pristine Clutha River. We are surrounded by mountain ranges with St Bathans and the Dunstan Mountains forming a dramatic backdrop and blanketed by snow in the winter. The unit looks directly onto a climbing wall on Mt Iron which is only a 5 min walk away. There is plenty of off street parking available, including room for the boat.

Come and stay at our unique, French farmhouse inspired home, in your own spacious, self contained apartment - ideal for couples and families! Please note, the apartment has a single bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunks - the bunks are only suitable for children under 18. Set on acre of olives and lawn, close to town, with mountain views and all day sun, the apartment has everything you'll need for a great stay in Wanaka.

Prime Wanaka War Birds Location! This is a newly built sleepout that is cozy and warm. Quiet street with rural outlook. We are a family with 2x kids and our friendly family dog Izzy. There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.

This unit is nestled in a beautiful garden and has stunning mountain views. Detached from the main house and with a private entrance it provides privacy and space. Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs.
