This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, 3-Raum-Wohnung besticht besonders durch ihre gut Lage in Strandnähe. In nur 300 Metern erreichen Sie über eine kleine Promenade den breiten, sauberen Strand. Po raz pierwszy! Zapraszam do wynajęcia nowego (2018) całorocznego domu w zabudowie bliźniaczej nad morzem w uroczej, spokojnej miejscowości Łukęcin (7 km od Dziwnowa, 15 km od Kamienia Pomorskiego). Dom położony jest ok. 250 m od morza na skraju sosnowego lasu. Przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 6 osób (w tym dzieci). Jego powierzchnia to ok. 90 m2. Wewnątrz domu obowiązuje zakaz palenia. Zapraszamy gości wraz z pupilami! Psy są u nas szczęśliwe :)
