Elle est au cœur d'un jardin fleuri magnifique, elle est entièrement équipée du confort moderne mais a gardé son charme d'antan. Une piscine à partager avec deux autres maisons est à votre disposition. Elle dispose de deux chambres indépendantes, télévision, wifi, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. Une grande terrasse avec barbecue et une plage de parking. Le linge est fourni. Nous sommes à 7km de Lagos charmante petite ville côtière portugaise. Promesse d'un bon séjour.

Willkommen in unserem Studio in Montinhos da Luz an Portugals schöner Südküste. Wir haben diesen Ort mit viel Liebe in einen Raum für 2 umgebaut. Der gemütliche, private Garten lässt euch die portugiesische Sonne oder ein heißes Bad unter den Sternen genießen. Zwischen Burgau und Luz gelegen, erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß den malerischen Strand "Praia da Luz". Umgeben von fantastischen Stränden und großartigen Restaurants werdet ihr den perfekten Urlaub genießen.

CASA FEE an der Westalgarve

Unser Ferienhaus CASA FEE verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler vorhanden), Flat–TV mit DVD Player, Doppelbett (1,60 m) sowie einem Einzelbett (1 m x 2 m) auf einer kleinen Empore. Ein weiteres, schmaleres Bett (0,8 m x 2 m) stünde für ein Kind zur Verfügung. Unser Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig am sonnigen Waldrand außerhalb des Dorfes Pedralva ( fußläufig gibt es ein sehr leckerers Restaurant, eine Pizzeria, ein Cafe mit abendlichem Barbetrieb).

Lovely house 200 m from the beach, excellent view

Casa do Limoeiro is in a very quiet area, 5 min walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket. It has plenty of natural light and a spacious terrace facing the ocean. The kitchen has a balcony with BBQ. It is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, ironing board and iron, electric mixer, electric citrus juicer, coffee machine, toaster and of course stove with oven and fridge. The house has cable TV, wifi and a stereo system where you can plug in your mp3 player.

Monte da Luz - a family house - "Casa da Parreira"

A "Casa da Parreira", integrada no Monte da Luz, é uma verdadeira casa de família, cheia de pormenores encantadores, a 5 minutos da praia, mas rodeada de vegetação! A casa conta com duas suites, sala de estar, cozinha com sala de refeições, alpendre com vista mar e pátio privativo. Os hóspedes podem usufruir das zonas comuns com: ping pong, chill out, zona para refeições, piscina com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis, zonas de sombra, relvados e jardins por toda a propriedade. Se procura uma casa próximo da praia e da fantástica cidade de Lagos , a Casa Judite de certeza que lhe vai agradar. Cerca de 15 minutos a pé da meia praia, e 15 a 30minutos do centro da cidade. Com uma vista sobre o mar fantástica, um espaço onde reina a tranquilidade. Para quem aprecia umas ferias tranquilas ,esta é uma excelente opção. Uma casa tipicamente algarvia. Com um espaço exterior fantástico . Poderá sempre utilizar a nossa piscina e apreciar de uma vista magnifica da Meia Praia.

Villa, with large terraces overlooking the sea , has 3 bedrooms all en suite, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, garage, etc. Outside, has a private pool, which is perfect for families, and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a grass surface. Included in the price is the heated swimming pool from March to June, September to October inclusive. On other dates pool heating available on request (extra cost). Apartment very spacious with a split level - living area downstairs and bedrooms up stairs- handy having two bathrooms (especially having one upstairs) . The location only a 2 min walk into the centre of town, but not to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Lagos bars and night scene. Two balconies - one that catches the sun early in the morning, and another overlooking the square which is ideal for a relaxing evening drink.

House located in a typical Algarvian village, where you can find a little of everything, from mini-markets, a fish market, cafes and also some restaurants Very quiet village, great for those who look for a relaxed holiday away from stress, it is two kilometers from Praia da Luz (closest beach) and five kilometers from Lagos the largest city in the area where you can find hypermarkets and everything what you need.

Cottage with Patio & BBQ in Historic Centre

A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
