We are in a rural setting, but yet just a short drive to a variety of State Parks, fishing creeks, and the City of Williamsport - home of the Little League World Series!

Paps Place is walking distance to Original Little League and Journey Bank Ballpark @ Historic Bowman Feild, home of the Williamsport Crosscutters. Hiking trails and the river walk are also close to this cozy home. Pennsylvania College of Technology, Wmspt Lumbar Yards, Lycoming College, and UPMC hospital are all minutes away.

Fishing, Hiking, Biking, and Kayaking abound- just minutes from Rose Valley Lake , Rider Park and the Lycoming Creek and within 20 miles of the Pine Creek rail trail. Historical Wellsboro is just a beautiful 45 mile drive north. Blue Belle - The Little Blue Cottage

Located on Pennsylvania 2018 River of the Year Loyalsock Creek, this little cottage is a gem! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch as you listen to the sound of the creek and the birds. Little Yellow House

Welcome home to our cozy yellow house. This house was built by my grandparents in the 1950s. In the 1990s, it was sold out of the family and we were fortunate enough to reacquire it 30 years later. Much to our delight, the house was in remarkable shape and maintained many of the original touches my grandfather created. Love and kindness have always lived here through out the years and we look forward to sharing this charming space with you.

The Farm Place

We are 5 miles from the Pine Creek Rail Trail head and numerous hiking trails. Our farm is within a 15 min drive of Lycoming college, PennCollege, and Lockhaven University. The Little League Complex is 13 miles from our location. There are several nearby local restaurants. This property is on a working farm.
