There’s direct access to the shoreline, but please note: the path is natural and used at your own risk. Shore has oysters, so footwear is essential. Our property is a private & homey spot for those craving a taste of the country but still want to be close to amenities of Pictou. New updates to the unit include new bedroom flooring, new beds, & new refrigerator. Animals on property! Golden Retrievers, chickens, ducks, bunny rabbit & cats. 5-10 min drive to: Pictou, Sobeys, beach, Caribou-PEI Ferry, walk/bike trail. *Please note the 2nd bedroom is ONLY accessible through the first bedroom. The river offers wonderful swimming and fishing opportunities with three great salmon holes within a 5 minute walk from the cabin. The cabin is a work of art and has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. It is a 5 minute hike to access the cabin.
