Take in gorgeous sunsets on a secluded 12 acre mtn lot with newly renovated house 20 minutes west of Downtown Asheville. Enjoy the seasonal splendors of the mountain property while warming yourself by a fire inside or out. Our kitchen is fully stocked and the house runs on potable well water so you’ll be able to enjoy family meals. Only 10 minutes from I40, it won’t take long to get to the trails in Pisgah National Forest (South) or the front door of the Biltmore Estate (both fully reopened).

Nestled in the WNC mountains, The Granary is the perfect home base to explore Asheville, hike the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Cataloochee, Cherokee, etc. all less than 30 minutes in any direction. The Granary sits between the 100+ year old barn and our family cabin residence.

Drive 10 minutes to beautiful Maggie Valley or 35 minutes to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate!

We offer Wi-Fi and Netflix, along with a fully stocked kitchen including appliances. One Pet only, 50.00 Additional fee. We request that when Guest leave for the day, Pet goes along or is Crated. Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Craftsman style home built in 1917 with lots of character. Lake Junaluska is a resort area run by the Methodist Church. Lots of walking/biking trails. Close to a coffee shop/ice cream shop. Multiple access points to Great Smokey Mountains. Close to Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. Five nice golf courses in the immediate area. Swimming pool within walking distance. A GREAT place for a family vacation!

Cheerful Mountain Cottage with Hot Tub

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.
