Sunset Chalet can accommodate 26 persons. If above 26 persons, we have extra charges Rm 45 per person. If above 26 persons, you may let us know 2 days in advance. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we require a security deposit of RM 300 upon check-in. If a party/buffet is held, an additional venue and cleaning fee of RM 200 will be charged. Welcome to the Tree in the Sea Resort on Koh Lanta – a peaceful, idyllic palm tree retreat directly by the sea. Enjoy the tides, the sunrise, and relax in serene nature. The beach invites you to stroll and explore – at low tide, you can discover rocks, small marine animals, and natural formations. The palm garden is lovingly lit in the evening, creating a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Each of my bungalows comes with a private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning.

Sitara Home 1B is one of three studio style rooms built together on private land about 100m back from the main road. There are also four houses and two villas on the same land plot. Guests from all of these properties share the onsite gym area. The beach is a five minute walk, 7/11, a few other stores and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. The main town and ferry port of Saladan is 7klm. The studio room is centrally located on the island giving you easy access to all areas.
