It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Το Ridgehouse είναι ένα μοναδικά καλαίσθητο κατάλυμα με θέα το βουνό του Ταΰγετου. Το Ridgehouse παρέχει δωρεάν WIFI, κλιματισμό, σόμπα, βεράντα με πρόσβαση στην αυλή. Προσφέρει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό, κουζίνα με ψυγειο, φούρνο,πλυντήριο πιάτων και τις απαραίτητες μικρές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές , καθώς και μπάνιο με πληντύριο ρούχων, δωρεάν προϊόντα μπάνιου, πετσέτες και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Παρέχονται επίσης και λευκά είδη εντός του καταλύματος.

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.

As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
