We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Large beautiful canal front home with floating dock. 5 minute boat ride to the Suwannee river and 15 minutes to the gulf. Over 1700 sqft of living space with 3 bedrooms all with King Size Beds. Ample parking in front of the house for at least 4 cars, can also accommodate boat trailers. Washer and Dryer on first floor. FYI there are stairs to climb.

The Santa Fe has so much wildlife, and we are near the famous crystalline Ichetucknee River and miles of public trails. We share our kayaks, a canoe, and many amenities for your stay. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A total of 10 acres of rural beauty, filled with much quiet and teaming with wildlife. A morning cup of coffee on the porch could include encounters with anything from deer to turkeys with cries of hawks as a backdrop. Sit on the screened patio at night and listen for the owls and whippoorwill. On a clear night, the sky is amazing! A place of respite and restoration. Home is ADA compliant, ramp to single step into front door upon request.

Suwannee River Retreat

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.
