Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Skinopi Fisherman's Dream

Many years ago a fisherman was living in Skinopi. He was often dreaming about how wonderful it would be to transform the garage of his boat to a small but cosy house just half a meter away from the seafront. In present days his dream became true. Fisherman's Dream House is lying exactly on the coastline... In a quiet old fishermen's community away from sounds and stressful situations of a daily life. It is the ideal place for those discerning travellers who seek to develop their Summer Memories.

The Cove | Beach House (Lower)

Step right onto the sand in this stylish yet authentic beach house, crafted by our family's mariner ancestors in the late 19th century. Nestled by a sandy beach, less than 10 steps from the water, it rests in perfect harmony with nature and provides an ideal spot to unwind and relish seaside living. Eco-friendly and freshly renovated in 2022. What sets us apart is our commitment to annual maintenance, ensuring a perpetually refreshed haven. Explore the timeless allure of coastal living with us!

AQUA HOUSE 2

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.

ERGINA’S BOAT HOUSE

Ergina's Boat House is a traditional house built in the sea front! It is a two storey building offering the very basic facilities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the big door overlooking the sea water and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with the balcony.
