Then as the property backs on to a farm there is a very strong rural feel, with wide views of Bream Tail Farm and the Brynderwyn hills. Trek the Goldschmidt track to the beach from the top end of Cullen St or 25 minutes walk by road. The estuary walk is about 10 minutes via the shortcut track halfway down the road.

If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.

Heads Studio 136 is semi rural, self contained and approximately 2kms to shops, cafes, golf course, estuary and The Heads surf beach. It contains a kitchenette (including microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, two burner hot plate and supporting kitchen utensils), super king bed, ceiling fan, portable heater, separate shower/toilet, carport/outdoor patio area and bbq on request.
