The location is perfect. It is in fountain square Nizami. Walkable distance from Old City and Seaside 3-4minute . Every activities are very close.

This villa is located in a peaceful area, 30 min drive to the city and not far from the airport. Beach is 30 minutes walk. Guests can enjoy of indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playstation and pooltable. For stays over 3 days, there is a free daytime airport transfer (up to 4 people with limited baggage). Every second day we will change a bed linen. Above mentioned services are free of charge. Upon request we can provide a breakfast and dinner.
