Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Experience the ultimate family-friendly vacation at our private basement suite! Located in a peaceful neighborhood near I-75, Marietta Square, KSU campus, and The Battery, our suite is packed with exciting features, including EV charging, baby equipment, toys, games, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Unwind with the latest movies on our smart TV! Keep in mind that this is a basement-level unit and you might hear some noise from upstairs, but don't let that stop you from enjoying your stay!

Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Boasting Three Bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, this home offers the perfect amount of space for families or friends traveling together. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the hilltop front patio area just steps away from the bustling Marietta Square, filled with boutique shops, delicious restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife.

Near Atlanta the Braves Stadium and the Battery!

Enjoy your stay at our townhome in Smyrna. This is a 2 bed/2 bath with 4 beds total. 1 king, 2 full, and a Queen pullout sofa. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Rental includes all appliances, 3 smart tv's, washer/dryer, dining room table, sofa with queen sleeper, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. There is a covered back patio and deck with a grill. Located near restaurants, parks, entertainment, and easy access to 285. Go Braves!

Smyrna Sunhouse: 9 Minutes to Truist Park!

9 minutes to Truist Park! This private, sunny guest house is minutes from Truist Park and walking distance from downtown Smyrna shops and restaurants. Enjoy the sunshine from the floor to ceiling glass doors during the day and get a peaceful nights rest on cool-gel memory foam mattress at night. From the deep soaking tub to the full kitchen, this private studio wont leave you wanting anything except to extend your stay. We are pet friendly and have a flat pet fee of $75.

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾

Cozy Pet Friendly Private Cottage

Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
