A 2 km del pueblo de Javea, a 4 km del golf La Sella, a 8 Km de Dénia, a 3 km del pueblo de Jesús pobre. A 15 minutos en coche de preciosas playas y calas. Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Villa Nassio independent apartment

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

La casa principal donde vivimos los propietarios, está situada próxima a la de invitados, en una parcela totalmente vallada, aunque ambas viviendas tienen total independencia e intimidad.

Se trata de un estudio independiente muy acogedor, de estilo rural, cerca del mar y con todas las comodidades. Entrada privada con baño, dormitorio (aire frío/calor) y salón (nevera, microondas y cafetera). Zona exterior con aparcamiento, terraza, jardín y barbacoa. En la finca hay 3 simpáticos gatos y un pequeño huerto ecológico. Situado a 50 metros del mar, junto al paseo marítimo de la reserva marina, un lugar con mucho encanto y tranquilo.
