Great for waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, fishing, swimming or a casual cruise. The water front area is all SAND and SHALLOW for kids to enjoy for hours. It is the only residence located on a scenic 20 acre lake abounding with frogs, turtles, muskrats, ducks, geese, & eagles. Enjoy the tranquility from the large lakeside deck or roast marshmallows over a fire in the private outdoor firepit. No pets.
