Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. Welcome to my beautiful brand new two bedroom Basement suite. This stunning suite has big bright windows that lets in a lot of sunshine. It has everything you will need whether you are staying for the weekend or longer. This suite is fully private with direct entrance from outside and is conveniently accessed through keyless entry. The suite has two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and there is a twin over double bunk bed in the other room.
