Enjoy this modern peaceful space with its own deck, garden and pool views. Set on the sprawling lawns of a country section, while just a 5 min walk to the town centre. Enjoy the pool Nov-Mar and hot tub Apr-Oct. The Pool House is a 15m² double glazed, insulated, professionally converted shipping container by Podlife NZ. There is also a 2.5m² louvred area with outdoor couch and sun/privacy screen. The Pool House is next to our main house. Blinds are drawn at all times to ensure your privacy.

Forty Six on Burgundy: A getaway for groups

Built in 2020, this house has been especially designed for the adult get away. No-one loses here; four equal sized bedrooms, each with a super king bed. Living spaces have been maximised, and focus is given to creating an ambience of sophistication. With 8 metre opening glass sliders, there is seamless inside-outside living. There are multiple decks and seating areas outside, and an alfresco dining area. This house is suited for gatherings, and yet, is also perfect for a quiet retreat.

Wake up to birdsong, star-gaze from the outside bath while listening to the call of the Ruru. Loll by the pool or borrow the bikes to go exploring. Free breakfast of good coffee, homemade muesli & fruit, artisan bread and spreads. Free-range eggs & bacon available for you to cook for $25 pp. Drive on parking, heat pump, wifi & tv.

Summer Lodge

Our "summer place" is a well-kept secret - another world, yet close to town. You will want to make this your summer place every year to get away with family and friends and enjoy all that Martinborough has to offer. The house has numerous areas to relax both indoors and outdoors, with multiple doors opening out to provide a sense of alfresco living. In winter you can stay cozy and warm with an open fire & wood burner while looking out over the lawn and gardens to the olive grove.

Hamden Estate Cottage

Enjoy a stay on our Martinborough vineyard. The cottage is nestled amongst the vines and offers a peaceful retreat from the city. We are 8 kilometres from the centre of Martinborough heading south on the way to Lake Ferry. You can enjoy a leisurely wine tasting at our cellar door with David who is always happy to talk wine. We will also transport you to Martinborough so that you can spend the day investigating local wineries or dine at one of the town's fine restaurants.

Hidden Valley Getaway

Hidden Valley Homestay, more commonly known as "The Winery", was once a working vineyard/ winery, known as the Hidden Valley Vineyard. The winery building was built in 1999 out of strawbales. Current owners, and your hosts, Bridget and Jono Hartnell (who live onsite) have recently converted this characteristic building into a fully functional, modern and charming house. Spacious in size, this nearly 200 square metre house is the perfect getaway for family and friend groups.

Southdown Villa

Welcome to our Villa in the vines just 5 minutes drive from Martinborough. We have completed development of the Villa capturing spectacular views in all directions and creating a stylish space that provides rest, relaxation, and wonderful alfresco dining. The Villa is comprised of two parts - a three bedroom main house, and a separate two bedroom cottage we live. We have recently added a studio near the hot tub, with a queen bed, that can be made available if required.

There is plenty of off street parking and if you’re feeling energetic there are 2 bikes available.
