The Mustard house offers a quiet spot centrally located in Richfield. You will be able to enjoy easy access to the best local restaurants, event centers as well the scenic mountain trail system. This area has some of the best kept secret Mt. Biking and Off-Road riding in Central Utah. The home itself is a uniquely built heritage home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a covered patio with its own sitting and dinning table, as well as a half court basketball hoop.

Come relax at our comfortable basement apartment with private outside entrance. Treat yourself to a BBQ, roast hotdogs, have a family game night, take a walk to the park or just relax and catch a show on Disney+ or Amazon Prime. Enjoy our safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beautiful Lions park, skate park and swimming pool. We're only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

Cozy Cabin near Beaver

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

Marysvale/Highway89/Bryce/Piute Trail Whole Home

Newly custom rebuilt 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 kitchen home is perfectly situated . The home also features a covered patio and upper deck and plenty of parking! Marysvale is the last town heading towrds I-70 in the heart of the Piute trail system, and the mouth of Bullion Canyon. This former boarding home, the "Lucy Deluke" house, holds interesting stories and a spot in the hearts of old timers in town. We've kept the great views.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. It has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting and fishing.

Sunrise Haven Suite

This new construction one bedroom, one bathroom suite is nestled in the Monroe Valley with beautiful views of the Monroe Mountains and surrounding farmlands. The property includes a queen size bed, washer & dryer, full kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ grill. Enjoy the many breathtaking views, sunrises, and sunsets from the private patio. This space is centrally located to many desirable destinations and activities.
