Totalment equipat: nevera, rentaplats, vitro, forn, microones, rentadora, cafetera, etc. Bany reformat el novembre de 2024 i la cuina el 2022. A 2 minuts de la platja, amb un ampli passeig. Balcó amb vistes al mar, taula i cadires exteriors. Pàrking interior al mateix edifici, inclòs amb l'estada. Zona tranquil·la, prop de restaurants i zona comercial. A 10 minuts a peu del centre de Calafell.
