KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

From Vashon Island take a passenger ferry directly to pier 50 and Seattle’s famous waterfront. Walk 15 minutes to Pike Place Market, Aquarium or World Cup stadiums! Beautifully restored waterfront A-frame cabin on Fox Island offers sweeping views of the Puget Sound, Chambers Bay, and a peek-a-boo view of Mt Rainer. Sit on the large deck and watch seals, otters, and whales swim by. Cozy up next to the fireplace at night and play games. Roast marshmallows and enjoy campfire stories by the large fire pit down on the bulkhead. Two kayaks available for use during the spring and summer months.
