Mary’s view is positioned centrally between Westport and the famous village of Leenane, which is a scenic 20-minute (20km) drive to explore the beauty of Leenane and surrounding areas of Connemara.

Joyce's Cottage lies below the imposing Partry mountains and on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of the west of Ireland. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Mayo. 8 minute drive to Ballina town with restaurants bars shops etc. 2 minute drive to Great National Hotel Ballina and Mount Falcon estate with spa, bar and restaurant facilities. Mount falcon also have lovely walks, a lake and kids playground. House is enclosed for safely of pets and children, with a sandpit, blackboard chalk to help keep the kids entertained so you can sit and relax in the sun!

120 years old restored cottage situated in a scenic and secluded area. It is surrounded by lakes and mountains and an ideal base for a fishing and touring holiday in Galway, Connemara and Mayo. a wonderful location, for hill walking ,outdoor pursuit's, angling, water sports ,nature. Heating and electricity is included, and an inital complementary bag of firewood is supplied for the stove.
